日本料理小知識:磯辺焼き-いそべやき(Isobeyaki)

「磯辺燒」就是用海苔包裹的“烤物”。

① 將麻糬烤過，沾上醬油並用海苔包裹。

② 使用海苔的烤食品。例如，將魚和海苔一起浸泡在醬油中，然後夾在海苔中烤製。

① 떡을 구워 간장에 찍고 김으로 싸는 것.

② 김을 사용한 구이 요리. 간장에 절인 생선을 김 사이에 끼워 구운 것 등이 있다.

② Grilled dishes using seaweed. Includes fish marinated in soy sauce and sandwiched between seaweed sheets before grilling.
